Whiskey In A Teacup

You could be sensitive and soft as a rabbit, you could possess fierce eyes when calamity strikes, you could be bursting with ideas to conquer the world or complaining about things that no one gets, but you do. You could have a spectrum of colourful personalities within you... and you could live lives of a billion different people every day.

You could be a homemaker or a total dude with biceps that do the talking, you could be a septuagenarian with trembling hands but a firm grip, you could be one-second old with eyes that replicate your mom, you could be a superstar tired of saying lines that someone else wrote. If I ask you to spot the odd man out of so many... what will be your answer?

Perhaps it will differ and all of your reasons will be accepted.

You know the point is, all these could be just the same person, all at once. If you are thinking, how come?

Think, why not!

Have you ever felt that you can’t talk to a certain somebody because they are so famous and you are so negligible? Have you ever thought, this is a guy thing, I won’t be able to do this? Or have you ever thought that you are not good enough?
Well, how about we chuck the entire thing about ‘let’s do this tomorrow’ or ‘I wish I had more time’, (orders a large double cheese burger and says) ‘I really want to hit the gym’ and ‘OMG I have nothing to wear.’ How about we tweak things a little and watch them go upside down?

Let’s buy ourselves a smarty pants gym kit, break that piggy bank instead of selling your kidney and buy those adidas shoes you have been lusting for! Save save till you purchase your first iphone, go solitary shopping and put on the kind of dress you won’t otherwise dare, gift him his favourite bar of chocolate, dare to tell your best friend she’s making a mistake at the cost of your relation, make grandma wear a birthday cap before she cuts her cake, let that pedestrian horde cross the street as you wait patiently, tie a little rakhi on your pet’s furry leg and give that eve teaser a black eye when you want.

I am never the same throughout the day and being jovial or quiet comes naturally to me. I think it is incorrect to label people, because labels are for products. If we talk less, we can be the most amazing orator too, if we enjoy English music, we could own a collection of old Bollywood songs too and if we have been screaming, we can have the most loving heart too.

We all can be a turbulent whiskey shot in the most delicate porcelain teacup too.
